Please submit your request a minimum of 8 weeks prior to an event, program or activity.
Organizations will be considered if:
- Your organization has been granted tax-exempt status under Section 501(c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code, and;
- Your organization has been granted tax-exempt status under Section 501(c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code, and;
- Other causes may be considered if they display a compelling connection to PACE Resources or one of its operating companies
Organizations without a 501 (c) (3) non-profit, tax-exempt status or individuals will not be eligible. We appreciate your understanding.
Submission Process:
- All requests must be submitted on organization letterhead at least 8 weeks prior to need
- Provide a short description of the organization and its purpose
- Include primary contact name, email address and telephone number
- Date of event (if applicable)
- Proof of 501 (c) (3) non-profit status
- List of any employees who currently volunteer for your organization from PACE Resources or any of its operating companies
- List of benefits our company will recognize, i.e. presence of ad, logo on banner or tickets
